Individual bookings are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with full or partial prepayment of the stay prior to the customer's arrival.
No-show penalties may be applied.
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, with any costs inherent in the transfer being borne by the establishment, which may not be called upon to pay any additional compensation.
For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, and this in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be supplied on a specific date or at a specific time.
The duration of your stay is determined by the dates you select at the time of booking. The specific conditions of your contract, including cancellation and refund policy, vary according to the type of booking you choose. These detailed conditions will be clearly presented to you during the booking process and will be included in the confirmation you receive by email.
Some reservations may be cancelable and refundable, while others may have more restrictive conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before finalizing your reservation. You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions on your screen.
If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
Service reservations may be modified or cancelled directly on the Site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section;
Service bookings may be changed or cancelled directly with the establishment, whose telephone and other contact details are specified on the booking confirmation sent by e-mail.
Cancellation fees
Free cancellation 24 hours before check-in. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid online for all or part of the reservation, this amount will be refunded after deduction of cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
Prices include VAT. Visitor's tax, government or local taxes must be paid on site where applicable.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to respect this deadline may result in an additional night's charge.
We recommend that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to inform us of your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.

Your debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation.
Hotel Beelodge informs the Customer of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
After contacting the management of Hotel Beelodge, and failing a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage (Tourism and Travel Ombudsman), whose contact details are given below:
